Inspections are always the first thing we do when we visit your home. By performing frequent examinations, we stay ahead of any potential pest problems in their early stages of development.

Service Description
Year-Round Maintenance Program:
Designed to prevent any of the pests listed below from becoming a problem. We service your neighborhood year-round so no pre-selected appointment is required for exterior service. Unless otherwise requested we will automatically schedule your home for service best fit to neighboring customers within the scheduling guidelines listed below.
Pest Control Barrier:
A pest control barrier will be applied to the structural foundation of your home and surrounding areas with special attention paid to common insect harborages.
Licensed Service Technicians:
Our licensed service technicians will rotate the materials and methods used as seasons and conditions change.
Service Outline
The first treatment (Initial Service) will be an interior and exterior service. Treating common interior hotspots( thresh holds, kitchen and bathrooms) Then we get into the bulk of the work. For the exterior we have a 4 lap process 1) De-web/De-nest the house. 2) Granulate 5-10 feet around foundation. 3) Dust weep holes/cracks and crevices. 4) Liquid residual around foundation and spot treatment of eaves. After the initial service, all future treatments are exterior only unless interior is requested/having pest activity inside.
Control Cycle
Initially, you may see a slight increase in pest activity as pest populations are disrupted. Within a few weeks, you should see this activity drastically decline as our products take effect. Over time, these pest levels will continually decrease as regular services are performed.

What if I have a problem between services?
If pests invade between your regular services, a quick email or call to the office will have your licensed technician back to the property to identify and treat at no additional cost!
Do we have to be out of the home for long after service? What about my pets?
At T-Rex Pest Control we pride ourselves on providing family friendly services! All we ask is that pets, children, and yourselves, are out of the home for about 2-4 hours depending on the treatment or until all products are dry. Once this short window has passed you are free to move about the home worry free!

Generally for preventative treatments we can keep the service to the exterior of your property. The interior only needs to be treated during initial visits or for specific concerns as needed. Utmost care is used in application and choice of pest control products. If it becomes necessary for you to be out of your home during a treatment, this will be arranged in advance for your convenience.
